On Monday, February 21, Herschel attended a listening session and meet and greet with the President of the University of North Georgia, Dr. Bonita Jacobs, and various education leaders at the University. That evening, Herschel attended and spoke at a rally at Lumpkin County Parks and Recreation, hosted by Lumpkin County GOP.
