ATLANTA — Today, Herschel Walker issued a statement following the Biden Administration’s announcement that they will be using $30 million to fund the free distribution of crack pipes as part of their plan to advance “racial equity.”
“I am deeply disturbed by the news that the Biden Administration is using taxpayer funds to distribute free crack pipes,” Herschel said. “To make things worse, they are doing this in the name of ‘racial equity’ — and Senator Raphael Warnock has stood by this Administration every step of the way. There is nothing compassionate about enabling people to continue using dangerous and lethal drugs. Instead, we should focus on helping people get treatment and move beyond addiction. If President Biden and Senator Warnock really want to create more ‘racial equity’, let’s make communities better by improving public safety, lowering the costs of groceries and gas, helping people get a good education, and creating more free-market opportunities so people can build a better life for themselves and their families, regardless of where they come from.”
