ATLANTA – Today, Team Herschel released the following statement after Raphael Warnock voted against increasing domestic energy production, even though Georgians are struggling to fill up their gas tanks.

Even though the United States is home to large reserves of oil and natural gas, Joe Biden and Raphael Warnock refuse to allow American workers to produce more energy. Instead, they begged other countries to increase their production, boosting their economies and creating jobs overseas instead of at home.

“Raphael Warnock has done more for Joe Biden’s anti-energy agenda than Georgia,” said spokesperson Mallory Blount. “Raphael Warnock often likes to talk about how he is willing to stand up to Joe Biden and lower costs for Georgians, even though his voting record shows the opposite. A vote against increasing domestic energy production is a vote against easing the burden on Georgia’s struggling families. At the end of the day, Warnock will always fight harder for Joe Biden than he will for Georgians.”
