ATLANTA – Today, Team Herschel released the following statement highlighting Raphael Warnock’s failure to support Georgia’s veterans, specifically his vote against increasing funding by $6 billion for the Veterans Community Care Program, which provides care to Veterans through community providers when VA cannot provide the care needed.
“Raphael Warnock cares more about supporting Joe Biden than he does Georgia’s veterans,” said spokesperson Mallory Blount. “The struggles Georgia veterans face every day to receive basic care are well-documented and heartbreaking. Commonsense services like the Veterans Community Care program provide critical services to veterans in need. Unfortunately, Raphael Warnock would rather keep voting with Joe Biden 96% of the time instead of supporting veterans in need.”
