ATLANTA – Today, Team Herschel released the following statement on data showing that this Thanksgiving is shaping up to be the most expensive on record, thanks to the economic policies and reckless government spending from Joe Biden and Raphael Warnock. Specifically, Thanksgiving dinner will cost 20% more this year because of inflation.

- Stuffing: +69%
- Rolls: +22%
- Sweet Potatoes: +11%
- Russet Potatoes: +23%
- Green Beans: +25%
- Peas: +23%
- Pumpkin Pie Mix: +18%
- Pie Shells: +26%
- Whipping Cream: +26%
- Milk: +16%
- Ham: +7%
- The Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) rose 0.4% in October, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
- A key measure of inflation, wholesale prices, rose by 8% in October from a year before, according to the latest report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
“Thanks to Raphael Warnock, countless families across the U.S. will struggle to provide a Thanksgiving meal this year thanks to his policies,” said campaign spokesman Will Kiley. “Since he has been in office, Warnock has voted for bills that have delivered unaffordable gas, food, and retail prices to everyday Georgians. It’s about time Raphael Warnock gains some self-awareness and realizes that the only person to blame for Thanksgiving dinner being ripped away from countless Georgia families is the man staring him back in the mirror.”
