ATLANTA – Today, Team Herschel released a new statewide television campaign ad: Tenants.

This ad highlights the abysmal living conditions at Columbia Tower in Atlanta, which is run and overseen by Ebeneezer Baptist Church.

The ad also highlights how Warnock receives $7,400 per month from the church as a housing allowance.

“Raphael Warnock is a slumlord millionaire who only cares about himself,” said campaign spokesman Will Kiley. “Warnock went to Washington and doubled his income while his tenants live with mold and rooting corpses. Raphael Warnock has tried to evict these tenants for being behind in rent by as little as $28. Warnock would never live like this himself and these terrible conditions have happened under his watch. We can’t trust Raphael Warnock to take care of his tenants and we can’t trust him to care for the people of Georgia.”

Text of Tenants:

Reverend Warnock preys on the poor.

Warnock’s apartments are filled with mold, filth, human feces, and even rotting corpses.

“They be s******g in these stairways…and they use the stairways for a bathroom.”

Warnock’s church pays him $7,000 a month for housing, while he leaves people living in filth.

“Shame on him…I hate to say it, you know, shame on him.”

“Senator Warnock, what are you doing to address the situation with the mold and corpses in Columbia Tower?”

Warnock exploits the poor and serves himself.
