On Thursday, February 24, Team Herschel traveled to Savannah. Following local interviews with Fox 28 and ABC 22, Herschel gave a motivational speech to hundreds of students and parents at Savannah Christian Prep School.
After speaking at the school, Herschel visited Evans Construction and Rockingham Development to hear about the supply chain challenges they are facing and how he can help Georgia businesses once he gets to Washington.
Finally, Herschel visited Bethesda Academy where he encouraged the students to put academics first and work hard in school.
On Friday, February 25, Herschel went to Statesboro where he stopped by Sallie Zetterower Elementary School and read to students.
