ATLANTA – Today, Herschel Walker released a statement in response to the Free Beacon article highlighting Raphael Warnock’s church, Ebenezer Baptist Church, paying Warnock a $7,417 monthly housing allowance, yet evicting disadvantaged residents from an apartment building it owns.
Herschel Walker has offered to “pay the $4,900 in past-due rents” listed in the article to prevent Georgians from losing their homes.

“I have never known a preacher that likes abortion even after birth, won’t pay his child support, and evicts poor people to the street,” said Herschel Walker. “I will personally pay the $4,900 in past due rents listed in this article to keep Reverend Warnock from evicting these people.”
